Terms & Conditions Of Hire

A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure a date

Full Payment must be cleared no later than 14 days before the function date

Access to the function room for setting up is allowed

On Fridays from 9am-2pm and then from 6pm when we reopen.

On Saturday from 12pm midday.

The hirer accepts responsibility for the behaviour of all guests. Any damage caused must be paid within 14 days after function.

The bar will be open from 7pm. The bar will close and entertainment must finish at the agreed finish time. 30 minutes is allocated for guests to drink up and vacate the building.

The bar operates on a cash only basis. We do not accept card payments. The nearest cash machine is located at the Esso garage across the road.

We operate the Challenge 25 Scheme so please ensure photo ID is carried or alcohol sales may be refused.

Only beverages purchased on the premises may be consumed.

All decorations, balloons, gifts and rubbish/food waste must be cleared at the end of the function.

Decorations are permitted on the painted walls and should only be fixed with blue/white tack. Cellotape must not be used.

Under no circumstances can decoration be fixed to the wallpapered wall.

We do not hire the function room for parties for 21s and under.

The hirer must ensure that only invited guests are allowed into the function.

Fire regulations specify the room is licensed for a maximum of 150 people and must be strictly adhered to.


All DJ’s, Entertainers, Photo booths etc. must produce a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and PAT Test Certificate & Equipment Register. Under no circumstances will access be given to the premises without these documents.

Smoke / Haze machines are not permitted.
